So a few years back I have a new hobby. Gardening, a very soothing hobby. I love how plants can reproduce itself in any way. Some with seeds, some with propagation and other methods. But for now I can only do propagation and seeds.
As I started the journey, as all beginner starts, I started it with google.
I googled everything and I still do. When I started absorbing all the knowledge about gardening, I realized most of them had some kind of scheduling. Time to start what seed and what to start indoor before spring. Which is kinda confusing at first, then I realised that when you live in Indonesia you can plant in anytime of the year. We have summer all year long.
I know there are some plants that we can not plant here due to the heat but there are a lot more plant species here that I can learn. Some of the herbs is also known to make us healthy, some are so powerful in healing. But keep in mind, healing with herbs works slower than doctor's pill. But it is always a lot safer.
I know I have not been writing for years before now, but I am picking up this blog again now. Things have been rough since my dad passed away in 2014 and now it is time to restart the garden.
And this is also one of the benefit living in Indonesia, I can start anytime. Been planting more of the healing herbs for my mom lately and it really helps. She had a maag problem often so I planted Daun Sambung Nyawa which she can eat if the pain is unbearable. Just pick 3 leaves, wash it and eat it right away.
I have been into producing lots of seedlings lately. It is kinda addictive :)
That I give away lots of seedlings for my friends because my place is too small and the growth is crazy.
